District Manager (Southwest)
Responsibilities:
1, responsible for the development of various measures to ensure that the regional sales target is achieved;
2. Be responsible for formulating the regional sales plan and reviewing the subordinate sales plan;
3, responsible for the control of sales expenses in the region;
4. Responsible for customer relationship management and maintenance;
5, responsible for assisting the marketing department to carry out market research, providing competition information and customer feedback;
6, responsible for assisting the technical department to carry out clinical trials, etc;
7. Assist the Quality Management Department to accept customer complaints, analyze and coordinate, propose solutions to problems, report to superior leaders, and guide and supervise the return and exchange of goods;
8, responsible for the preparation and submission of sales reports, and the management of various sales documents and files;
9. Responsible for regional team formation, department daily personnel management, etc.
Requirements:
More than 5 years of sales resources of spine and joint manufacturers, with channel resources of major clinical customers of joints in the southwest region; Good sales negotiation ability and PPT explanation ability, able to operate independently with complex joints.
