Spraying Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
1, responsible for three types of interventional stent spraying, assembly and other process research, verification and confirmation work;
2. Responsible for the quality standards, procurement and verification of spraying polymers, drugs and other related raw materials;
3. Cooperate with other colleagues in the department to tackle key technical problems and solve technical difficulties;
4. Study on the degradation properties of polymers in vivo and in vitro;
5. Be responsible for preparing DMR and DHF documents related to research and development, such as product design documents, operation instructions, inspection documents, experimental plans and reports, etc;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, materials, polymer, chemical engineering, medical equipment, etc;
2. At least 2 years of research and development experience in vascular interventional balloon catheters, stents, etc., familiar with medical device production quality system specifications and medical device industry standards;
3. Degradable biopolymer materials, degradable metal materials related work experience is preferred;
4, familiar with drugs, polymer spraying process, hands-on ability;
5, have the ability to analyze and solve problems independently, and be familiar with Chinese and English literature and patents.
